A cream likely would not be fast release (I could be mistaken). The danger to the liver with LDN is very minor. The liver danger was observed in people taking a 300MG dose. 3 or 4.5MG is very much less Naltrexone. The liver damage also was shown with Heron addicts, many of whom may also had comprimised livers.
