Listen: a) it doesn't matter that much how much youtake if you take little enough -- the stuff is dose dependent andmore is better, as long as you are below threshold the stuff isalso dose dependent and more has more effect, when you are abovethreshold, so for instance I believe most people reading this wouldgo out of remission and have an exacerbation of whatever disease theyhave if they took the full 50mg. dose. At that level I'm sure itwould block every endorphin receptor in your body.So take 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2mg as long as it is below your own threshold. And note that it is dependent on your mass. It is measured in Molesper kilogram which translates to nanograms of naltrexone per kilogramof body mass. I weigh 240 kg. I cannot take more than about 2mg.That's 8.3 nanograms per kilogram. So watch it. You light people, watch your dose.I am going to put on my eyemask at 9pm tonight and keep the lightson till then.-Sullivan ************************************************************** This message was scanned by the Avast Anti-Virus Gateway **************************************************************

But October is a dangerous monthfor me, or maybe it was September, fall anyway, on account of thelight changes and is it acceleration of the day shortening? Anywayduring bad weather we get less daylight on average. So we shouldbe inside under the sunlamps. And *not* at night.I am feeling some better but still very sleepy.-Chris ************************************************************** This message was scanned by the Avast Anti-Virus Gateway **************************************************************

Guest guest
And something nobody has clued in to that if you use body mass you are taking 50 nanograms per kilogram which is nearly three times what I am taking. Either it doesn't matter or it *does*, but there is a big difference between the two doses, and I don't think it's only the difference between 2 and 3 mg. I have a doctor appointment coming up and I intend to ask. -Sullivan > Math must be wrong....unless you weigh 500lbs.+ . My weight is > 130lbs which is equal to about 60kg.
