Guest guest
Dear I would like to take a moment to say " thanks " for the info on the Ativan withdrawal. I guess I should have told your before I posed the question to you that I am a Former Psychiatric RN with a Masters Degree.....................so the information you sent me was more than a " wake up " call! I have been so deeply involved with the LDN aspect of MS that my medication " schedule " (which is long and involved!) has had to be put aside for a while. But PROMISE I will be off the Ativan as soon as I possibly can with the help of my Internist. Although I know how to do this alone, no one should ever undertake such a withdrawal without the specific care of a Physician. I have dropped one dose out of four a day already in one week, hopefully by the end of next week I will be working on the second drop! So I know that this is a very long way to go, but it has to be done properly or I will be defeating the LDN altogether. Your kindness and your knowledge is so helpful to me, and this group that I sincerely recognize the good work you are doing............ You certainly are a special friend I know I can count on when I need a bit of " nudging " or help along the way. Keep that knowledge flowing for the rest of the group. You're defenitly an asset to us all. Much love and slurps, C & Toby the Wonder Dog
