I will be starting it soon and hope to get my brother who has

CLL to try it if it works for me.

How is it going so far with the cancer?

Chris:

I'm taking LDN for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and wish I'd found it

a few years ago because it now has an uphill battle to fight to help me. I

strongly recommend that he get on it NOW!! He has nothing to lose, not even

significant dollars.

What is his WBC count?

Good morning, and all the rest of you Cancer folks:

I've been on LDN for my Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) since June 12,

2003. I had blood tests performed on September 10th and my white blood

cells (WBC) went up to 214k (214,000) from 187k on June 25, 2003. Maximum

normal is 10.7k.

My red blood cells (RBC) were down to 3.2 from 3.46 on June 25th. Minimum

normal is 4.5. My hemoglobin (HGB) is holding steady at 9.4 eventho the

minimum normal is 14.0.

My platelets have dropped to 108k from 118k. Minimum normal is 130k.

I feel good and am still working. In fact, I will probably get in about 60

hours this week. I credit this to the LDN.

I do suffer from fatigue and I definitely run out of physical steam quickly

due to the low RBC not carrying enough oxygen to my body. I'm sure I'm

going to have to let the Oncologist try some Procrit on me to see if it will

help build up the RBC because I don't believe I have time to wait for the

LDN. I estimate that it will take about a year for the LDN to really start

showing significant improvements in the numbers and I've only been on it 3

months. However, it appears that I'm seeing small improvements in some of

the other numbers as if their downward trend may be leveling off.
