Is anyone using both drugs in their treatment protocol?

Does anyone know if taking these 2 drugs simultaneously, or even apart but

in the same day, can cause a conflict? I wonder because if gaui is a

sedative and naltrexone is an opiate antagonist, you get the picture? I

recently increased my dose of gaui to 2400mg twice a day; If gaui's supposed

to be a sedative, then wouldn't more increase those effects? Instead, I

noticed I couldn't sleep last night, became restless and had tachycardia

symptoms.

Also - what is the most effective gaui dose and product on the market? I'm

using the 600mg timed release product.
