How are you making your dosage right now if not with water?

It appears to me that you need to reduce your LDN dosage since you are

having feet and leg problems. Also, the filler in the capsules can be

causing your problem. Find out what the filler is.

Many dissolve a 50mg tab of Revia in 50cc of water. then using a

dropper (marked with cc) take whatever dosage they feel is needed.

It's easier to experiment this way.

Personally, I use a homemade 'spoon', that measures 4-5mg, after

I've crushed the Revia in a pill crusher.

The latest 'batch' of Revia cost me about $120, which should last

me about 10 months or so. :0)
