Guest guest
One thing you may want to check before talking to the psychiatrists is his allergies. If he is not aware that his is doing it, chances are it's just that he has upper respiratory tract allergies. By taking care of the allergies, the itching is gone, and he does not need to make any conscious effort to avoid picking his nose because it won't itch or feel stuffed all the time. The timing certainly suggests that the recent picking of his nose could be due to seasonal allergies (it's autumn!). Thanks and have a great day.
