Guest guest
Good suggestion Emanuel, I think that is a more exact science but how would you travel with it? It does eliminate the fillers though. Thanks for input. Maybe you could post your docs name, #, and state you are from. Always someone in need. Guest guest
Hello to all, There has been a lot of discussion about various fillers used in compounding LDN. My wife Judi, who has RRMS, has been on LDN since 7/18/03 and doing very well. Her GP wrote the Rx for LDN in liquid form. Voila, no fillers. This will eliminate fillers as a possible problem and allow you to adjust your doseage until you arrive at one you're comfortable with. The script reads 3-5 ml nightly with enough for 30 days @ 4.5 ml. The total amount of LDN and water is 135 ml. A calibrated needeless syringe is included with it and makes drawing up easy. The compounding pharmacist mixes it in a ratio of 1 mg LDN to 1 ml water. So, the 3.0 or 4.5 figure still applies, you're using ml or cc's (both the same as a liquid measure) as opposed to mg ( a dry measure). Our compounding pharmacist adds cherry flavor to make it taste quite pleasant. As a liquid, it needs to be refrigerated. Regards to all Emanuel ml = milliliter (liquid measure) same volume as cc = cubic centimeter (liquid measure) mg = milligram (dry measure)
Guest guest
, Kiki and others, The pharmacy is: Watkin's Pharmacy 1391 E. Sherman Muskegon, MI 49444 (231) 739-7158 Ask for Steve the compounding pharmacist. He was interested enough in the LDN protocol to log onto the ldninfo.org website to search out the information. The cost is $38.99 for 135ml which is a 30 day supply at 4.5ml. I do not know if they ship as this is local for us. My wife Judi's GP is Hall M.D. in Muskegon, Michigan Hope this helps, Emanuel S.
