Guest guest
I appreciate all of your investigative work. Because MS patients are so different and various things work differently on each one of us, I know that knowledge is power. I, also, believe that weight makes a difference in the amount of medication one should take. Thanks for keeping us informed. Sally A. Guest guest
Seems intuitive, like you would not give extra strength acetaminophen to a baby. Similarly I need more of it than my wife does who weighs half what I do. -Sullivan > I appreciate all of your investigative work. Guest guest
Good Morning How are you doing today? I hope better. I too Enjoy all your investigative work and thank you for all the info. Have you been keeping a daily diary of your LDN experience? It seems that you are having the reaction that I had after the first day with LDN. I will tell you what everyone here told me, and also what my pharmicist said......it's your atrophied muscles waking up and needing attention....stretch, stretch, stretch. If you have a mild muscle relaxant (I use Robaxin) it wouldn't hurt to take one as needed, but not too much, because you don't want them too relaxed...lol. Hang in there, and find an LDN dose you are comfortable with, and stick with it for the long haul. Things will improve and you will see the benefit in time. I don't think switching doses back and forth help at all....I know...I've done it. I'm feeling a little better and stronger now though....so I know you will too. Love and prayers SallyC. <chris_sullivan@s...> wrote: > Seems intuitive, like you would not give extra strength acetaminophen > to a baby. Guest guest
Hey I did write about being underdamped didn't I? But I did have an attack. That means I can't walk, spill things, can't talk very well, have to correct these epistles of mine umpteen times, fall sometimes, and go very very slowly. Anyway I remember what they told you. It's just that I had one wonderful afternoon and I want to get back to that state. I am not stiff though. More limp than anything else. I did not have that many atrophied muscles and I have been trying to work those that may be (my physio told me that they would not get back to normal, and I must just do my best). So these things are new and I hope they'll soon go away. Meantime my poor family is getting a bit frayed. I'm on 50 ng/kg. I am still waking up (what's *that* about I wonder). I am still in dark at 9pm from when I take LDN to when I wake up which today was around 5am. I sleep fine. I start to stumble (can't walk at all, must lie down or will fall -- fell twice last night) around 8pm. I am on 100 mg of modafinil which I take in the morning with my vitamins. All other medications have been stopped, including amantadine. I don't like taking pills, but sometimes I gotta. Hope this is the right dose. Hope you (all) have a good day today. Keep the faith and remember the facts. -Chris > > Seems intuitive, like you would not give extra strength > acetaminophen > > to a baby. Guest guest
A nanogram is a thousanth of a milligram. 50 ng/k * (130lbs == 58.97 kg) = 3 mg -Sullivan > > Hey I did write about being underdamped didn't I? Guest guest
So, if you weigh around 130, then 3mg is a good dose for me. Well I weigh a little more than 130 ( I'm 5'7 " and large boned) so 3mg is good. I'll take it...lol Thanks Chris Sally <chris_sullivan@s...> wrote: > A nanogram is a thousanth of a milligram. > > 50 ng/k * (130lbs == 58.97 kg) = 3 mg > > -Sullivan > > " Sally " <salpal@d...> wrote: > > So sorry Chris.
