narcotics and LDN-

Hi Everyone-

When I was talking about smoking cigarettes might be detrimental- I

meant that I had read that the cigarette companies add heroin to the

cigarettes to help increase addiction.

what happens if you do accidently get a dose of narcotics while on LDN?

I went in for my lasik today but they rescheduled me for tomorrow. In

the middle of that I asked is valium was a narcotic- the answer was,

yes. They give it to help calm you down before the sugery. I know I

would probablt need help to remain calm.

So- should I skip my LDN tonight?

will that be ok?
