Guest guest
April, I loved your answer to this. Your friend, Judi (but is it really Judi? only her hairdresser and her dog know for sure!) In addition to the gas attack on San Francisco, which killed one man and made many other people ill, there was a gas attack on the New York City subway system. Nobody knows if any poeple were made ill by this experiment. There was also radiation tests performed on school children and some adults (without their knowledge) somewhere in the mid west. Ther'es lawsuits against the gov't pending in this cases. > IMO, > it is naive to think that the government > *isn't* working on new virii and bacteria. > To think otherwise is simply > having blinders on. I agree. The arms race mentality prevails in today's world; there's always an " evil empire " to compete against. > For example, introducing a > virus into Afgani-stan I'm sure has been considered. It has in fact been discussed. There was a plan to poison the water supply in parts of Afghanistan, but the plan was rejected. This was reported in several major newspapers. Guest guest
Now that we have the anecdotal databass going at remedyfind http://www.remedyfind.com/hc-Multiple-Sclerosis.asp and it's building up (my doctor wife says 100 anecdotes would convince her to get me to try it...add yours!) I have another issue with the LDN movement, and that's all the whispers of why it hasn't been tested. Some of them are true, but SCIENTISTS ARE NOT ALL EVIL. Even we could publish results if we signed up 100 people, gave them mri's and a year later did it again. The good thing about images is they are quantifiable. Proof in the picture. 100 sets of mri's that on comparison showed no progression would make a great article. While this would be difficult to accomplish, (and would cost some coin) such a test, with a scientist or two overseeing it could be done in months not years. The cost is more like $200,000 than in the millions or billions... an amount that could be found somewhere...(one of the ms groups?) There are even scientists out there looking for things to study in this area... Let's get on that, if this is working as well as it sounds, there's a lot of suffering patients out there that we can help... The problem space is too large to explore in increments. Those with tuned intuitions who make a leap (Bihari) MUST have their intuitions tested.
Guest guest
I was talking about scientists, not corporations. There is a chance that they are ALL evil. But there are lots of studies done on things like aspirin that have no profit motive. Really, there are folks out there working in health who just want people to get better. All studies are not done by pharmaceuticals... A good place to find funding might be health insurance and govt. agencies who are paying big time for the interferons... Like the irish article suggests... On Monday, October 6, 2003, at 12:28 PM, tom bayuk wrote: > Hi Bill, > What whisper's, it seems to me that everyone is trying to inform as > many as possible.
