Guest guest
I read all this......and a RED FLAG went up when I read, that Amantadine can cause " SERIOUS ADVERSE EFFECTS TO THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM " . What SSE are they talking about? I have used amantadine for years and did not know this and was never told by doc....I like to know what the Hell goes into my body, and what the possible SEs are before I take the Pill, not after. So....Isuppose, that if there were any SSEs to my CNS....the damage is a done deal....Geeeeez! Any thoughts? Guest guest
http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search/r?dbs+hsdb:@term+@rn+768- 94-5 I've been on it for years. The toxic effects are dose-dependent and now that I read this I may not take 2 tomorrow, rather 1. including nervousness, confusion, hallucinations, seizures, and coma Well I've had the nervousness and you can be the judge for the others; seizures and coma so far no. Nobody didn't never tole me nothin. You're first since I didn't even read the cochraneconsumer page far enough. I guess I should be used to that by now... wonder what else they're not telling me? -Sullivan > > http://www.cochraneconsumer.com/18HotTopicFull.asp > > > > So take your Amantadine! > > > > -Sullivan
