I was wondering what is the recipe for crushing the pill LDN with

the water?

I also have been taking ldn for 3 weeks I had one really good day and

I seem to be geting worse now my feet burn my legs hurt so bad I have

to stop walking and rest and also very tied Iam sleeping 10 hours a

night has this happen to anyone I am not sure if I should can ldn or

not?
