I try not to think about until it is time for me to leave to go the office where I get my weekly shot. Yes, I have needle phobia and don't like the side effects, but the good thing is that I haven't had a flare up during that time. I think about LDN, and the freedom it would permit.I want to find out if I could go on a vacation from avonex and start taking 3mg of LDN.This is something I have spoken with my neuro doctor about and he said that he would call Dr. Bihari. I am weaning myself off Avonex because of my anecdotal experience

with Rebif in september two years ago, when I went cold turkey. Of

course it had to be within a couple weeks of the WTC event as well

just to confuse things. Isn't tomorrow the 11th?
