Hi all,

This is a copy of an E-mail I sent to everyone on the "Spotlight LDN" .

You may like to know that "Spotlight LDN" is a similar group to this one but it is especially for users of LDN for MS and no other diseases. So it has different posts about LDN than this group.

Good luck

Copy of post sent to member of Spotlight LDN:

I asked the LDN web people to ask Dr Bihari about taking a short break from taking LDN.

As I expected Dr Bihari has responded that it is not necessary or good to take a break from LDN as dependency will not occur.

You must decide what you intend to do but I will certainly continue taking LDN all the time with no break.

Regards

ce.

Dr. Bihari responds as follows:

"I know of four people with MS who took one-week breaks from LDN. Three of

the four had worsening of symptoms.

Unfortunately, the body does not resume producing normal levels of

endorphins when LDN is stopped. After 18 years of using the drug, there is

no evidence that any autoimmune disease patients develop resistance to the

drug.

A type of "resistance" to LDN has been an issue in three patients with

cancer (out of some 300) but in no one else."
