Guest guest
I'm having a difficult time dealing with the > fact that I will have to go to services on Yom Kippur and stand for about > three hours! This is my first year going to temple with PA. I'm very > depressed about sitting down when everyone else stands. Hi, This is what I heave to deal with as well, and yes, I feel embarrassed and down about it. I am Catholic and there is alot of standing during our mass. Not for 3 hours straight, but up and down. Also at one point during the mass, we are to kneel. I am completely unable to do this, so I sit. I feel that it is " unholy " foir me to do this, but I have no choice. I try to stand as much as I can when i am suppose to, but alot of the time, I can't. In my church too, it is mostly older people or moms holding babies that are the ones sitting. One hurdle I have is trying to get my children to stand and kneel when I am not. They understand about me, but still think they should be able to sit too ( they are 7 and 9). I don't know how to get over the feelings we have within ourselves about this, except to try and forget about what everyone else must be thinking and just do what is best for us. But, I can understand how you feel. Sometimes, just knowing someone else feels the same way helps. Kindest regards,

Guest guest
Xanax is one drug that should be used sparingly. It should not be the first line drug of choice for depression. It can be highly addictive, and not fun withdrawing from it. Any drug in the major tranquilizer category will usually become less potent over time, and require larger and larger doses to get the same relief. This is fine for the occasional use, or in a low dose in conjunction with another medication, but, not for long term use. It is the same as Value was in the 1960's, where many people went though serious withdrawal if they tried to stop. Marty

Guest guest
HI ALL, JOAN THANKS FOR MENTIONING YOU HAD TROUBLE WITH TOO. I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE AND STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHY I WAS DEACTIVATED TWICE. I HAVE BEEN ON BEFORE BUT NEVER HAD TROUBLE UNTIL I GOT A ADDRESS. NEVER AGAIN. I CALLED FOR MY PRESCRIPTION A WEEK AGO BUT STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT. AFTER READING HOW SOME PEOPLE ON THE LIST DON'T THINK IT HAS MADE THEM ANY BETTER I AM NOT EXPECTING AS MUCH NOW BUT WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF IT JUST STOPS THE PROGRESSION OF THE MS. I HAD A SPINAL TAP AND WAS TOLD THE FLUID WAS CONSISTENT WITH MS BUT NEVER TOLD I HAD LESIONS ON THE SPINE FROM IT. IS IT COMMON TO HAVE SPINAL LESIONS??
