Guest guest
I recommend trying the LDN at 2mg for a few days. If no insomnia or stiffness occurs, then take 2 capsules at a time which will increase your dosage to 4 mg. If no insomnia or stiffness you will know that you can take it at 4 mg and request 4.0 -4.5 mg capsules when you get your next prescription. I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY PRESCRIPTION AND I CALLED A WEEK AGO SO I HATE TO WASTE TIME WAITING FOR A NEW SCRIPT AGAIN, NOT TO MENTION HAVING TO EXPLAIN TO MY DR., WHY I THINK I NEED A HIGHER DOSE IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT SEEMS THIS MAY NOT BE THE MIRACLKE DRUG I THOUGHT IT TO BE CONSIDERING THE PROBLEMS SOME PEOPLE ON THE LIST ARE HAVING. I GUESS IT'S NOT GONNA HELP EVERYBODY. > THANKS, CHRIS > > From: " Noland R.
