I think you are right...we should make this decision for

ourselves....whatever works for us individually.....even Dr Bahari

didn't say that it would kill us to try the intermittent plan, he

just said that he didn't see how it would help.

Maybe it wouldn't help some people. But I am prone to

encountering " accommodation " so I would watch out for it. If

a drug seems to be losing its power to do whatever it did

before, try a holiday from it. I'm not saying that you should

if it allows exacerbations (God forbid!). But I have successfully

weathered going cold turkey from amantadine and alertec, after

which they regained their previous effectiveness.

But hey, " if it ain't Baroque, don't fix it! " Listen to your body.

It knows.
