Guest guest
First post is a cut, copy & paste from Dr. Lawrence in the UK who has MS and is using LDN himself and he talks of the symptoms the lactose filler can present. This is believed to be due to an occasional increased sensitivity to the lactose filler used in the capsules. If this should occur, a similar preparation, using calcium carbonate filler, may be provided as an alternative. ======================= Second post is a reply Date Posted: 12:33:16 08/26/03 Tue Author: Debbie Subject: Re: some patients taking LDN have experienced additional symptoms, such as muscle stiffness or pain, after a few weeks of therapy/what to try I did switch my filler and its like a night and day difference. You wouldn't think a little cornstarch could do that but it does. The calcium carbonate is definetly the way to go. =====================
