using LDN himself and he talks of the symptoms the lactose filler

can present.

It has also recently become apparent that some patients taking LDN

have

experienced additional symptoms, such as muscle stiffness or pain,

after a few

weeks of therapy. This is believed to be due to an occasional

increased

sensitivity to the lactose filler used in the capsules. If this

should occur, a

similar preparation, using calcium carbonate filler, may be provided

as an

alternative.

I did switch my filler and its like a night and day difference. You

wouldn't

think a little cornstarch could do that but it does.

The calcium carbonate is definetly the way to go.
