Before LDN I was quickly becoming house bound and couch and scooter bound. I'm

chronic MS since Dec. 1989 at age 26. LDN has changed my life.

===================

I Drove 50 miles to the YMCA in boro, AR. Did a very vigorous workout in

the pool for 2 hours & 15 min. Drove back home 50 miles. Changed out of my

shorts & got into my jeans & went to my mom's office for awhile. Came home and

got the brilliant idea to wash my van by hand. After I got van washed I decided

to see if the green stains on some of my siding on my home would wash off. The

weed eater causes the green stains. I washed the stains with soap and water with

the mop I'd washed the van with and got most of the stain off. I was exhausted

but I have quickly recovered and feel very little pain anywhere.

I will be starting Neurontin again tonight to see if it will give me even more

spasticity relief along with the LDN. I tolerate Neurontin very well. With LDN

my spasticity is relieved about 30%. I'm hoping to get my spasticity reduced

even more with the Neurontin. I had to quit using Neurontin because it is

EXTREMELY expensive!! I recently qualified for the Pfizer card and it covers

Neurontin. I get 180 capsules at 300mg each, taking 3 300mg capsules 3 times per

day(2700mg) for only $15.00 with the Pfizer card. I would probably pay between

$300.00 & $500.00 for that many capsules without the Pfizer card.
