Guest guest
Okey dokey...well, for those of you who do not understand why everyone was upset with Jeff, let me just say that he is extreemly negative and posts things that do not concern us... That said, here is my story: I started in May on 3 mg of ldn. (at bedtime). I never had a problem sleeping with it, thankfully. Well, let me back up a little. I did novantrone for 2 1/2 years and hit the " life max " last Nov. I was very concerned that I didn't want to backslide. I started out with total paralisis from my waist down on my right side. I also had many other side symptoms (fatigue, balance, cognitive, incontinence, blah blah blah) Well, the novantrone gave me back my leg and some strength. I was truly a success story for novantrone. Back to Nov. since you get the chemo every 3 months I was concerned what would happen in Jan. that is when I would usually get my next infusion, but wasn't. Well, come January and I am very fatigued, still have my leg, but feeling not so good...(aka-scared) Well, then I went to the neuro and he wanted me to start copaxone. No problem, I'll try that. But, applied for subsidy and was turned down, even in Canada the copaxone is $900 a month. Considering I don't make that much in a month, I couldn't afford the drug. Sooooo I had to look for something else. Hense, ldn. It kind of fell in my lap, when I read about it I said that was for me. Now for my results: As you all have been hearing, the ldn stops our progression so often we don't " see " results. But I can tell you, I have more energy than before, I am no longer scared because I feel like the energizer bunny. Sometimes my head wants to go faster than my body. Also, my hair, which even before chemo was extreemly thin, is now beautiful (for that alone I'm happy). I do believe that the ldn is working in my head, and I feel much better in general. It hasn't given me anything back except my energy, isn't that enough? I will never give up my ldn. As a matter of fact, next weekend is the Women's Retreat for MS and I am going to try to find others on ldn there and hear their stories.. Is anyone going? It is in So. Florida...By the way, Skip's pharmacy is only around $11 for a month of 3 mg. and no, I don't work for him, I'm glad to have found him because I just paid Irmat $38... Well, sorry to be so long, keep positive everyone, I believe that is half the battle....Lynn _________________________________________________________________ Protect your PC - get McAfee.com VirusScan Online http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963
