Guest guest
We recently added Lithium supplementation and have seen some very positive results. We are using Lithium orotate from Vital Nutrients. The capsules are 5mg each. We were told to start at 5mg and we can go up to 20. We have found 15ng a day to be our son's best dose. He weighs around 55 pounds. Our son is more social, more aware, and more agreeable. He is also following directions better. Pamela " Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. I am considering supplementing him with Li. What would be an appropriate dosage for a 37lb boy? The capsule has 250mcg. Have anyone noticed side effects with Lithium? Is is safe to give? Thank you,
Guest guest
Thank you, Pamela. 15mg = 1500mcg- Wow, I'm just using 1/4th of a capsule of 250 mcg. I'm just a super slow ramp person, I guess. The changes you see are wonderful to hear! Guest guest
We are using the 5mg lithium aspartate for myself and my 11 year old. We use one tablet per day. The things we noticed were for myself it made me feel calmer, like I had dranken alcohol but not drunk, that might make sense to some of you..lol If I take it everyday it disrupts my sleep. I can only take it every other day myself, and my daughter takes it for a week or two and then takes a break. We aren't accustomed to feeling TOO happy...others have reported the same thing, to take it but not every day. I have no detected lithium on hair, and my daughter had very little. It will be trial and error to see how they act/feel on it. Start low and see how it goes. All the research I did I did not find any dangers to taking this. It is a natural lithium supplement. The one that is dangerous is the manufacturered lithium salts given as a prescription. > > > > We recently added Lithium supplementation and have seen some very > > positive > > results.
