When to give Suppository DMSA?

hello,

I just started Suppository DMSA for my 3.5 y.o son today for 3 days ON, 11

days OFF. I have to collect 6 hours urine after giving second one.

So I gave one this morning at 9:30AM, and will give second one tomorrow

morning 9:30AM. Then I will do urine collection for 6 hours.

The problem is that my son had BM in 15 minutes after I put the suppository

inside. Is the suppository wasted in this case?

The better time would be before he goes to bed, right?

Any suggestion is appreciated.
