It depends if you're English or not. LOL J/K

I believe many people in the UK are told to stop a few days every so often. I don't know what that would do for me, I have yet to try it. Been on 3.0 daily since 4/17 with no breaks.

I keep thinking to not take it for 2 nights.. but then I grab it and gulp it down... and say "maybe tomorrow".

Hi ....no I am quite sure that I have read statements from some

people that those reports of liver damage happened during trials with 300 mg

doseages.

I will await some news that anyone might have and hopefully somewhere where

it is documented. I am sure this guy just wants to do the right thing by

including his disclosure but I just want it to be accurate. Of course I

could be mistaken but that is why I'm asking. JoyceF

I am confused by your LDN question. Did you mean 3.0 mg instead of 300 mg? I

know that liver damage is a concern in doses of 50 mg. However, 3.5 is a far

cry from 50 mg.
