You can ask your prescribing doc to call Skip's and authorize more than 1 months' worth of refills at a time. That's what I was told, so I asked my neuro, he refused to call Skip's. He compromised and gave me a new script for X60, so I get 2 months worth per refill.

I also asked my neuro to change my script to 1.5 caps with a 4.5 daily dose. I'm still taking just 3.0 per day, so I have a 90 day supply per refill unless/until I try 4.5.
