Guest guest
Liver damage can happen at high dose. Is it sixteen times less likely at low dose? Or even less? What was the high dose that caused the liver problems? Get liver enzymes tested, at baseline and later. -Sullivan > Hello I'm Alba from France. Guest guest
Good morning, Alba: Naltrexone has been tested for toxicity and found to possibly be toxic at dosages of 300 mg or larger. The 50 mg dosage as used on drug addicts carries a warning statement of possible toxicity. It has been demonstrated since 1985 that Naltrexone in 4.5 mg dosages or less are non-toxic.
