HI MARILYN,

I DO SOMETIMES HAVE VIVID DREAMS, BUT THE PAXIL WAS CAUSING THEM.

NOW THAT I AM ON LDN AND PAXIL NOW, I HAVE NOT NOTICED THEM SO

MUCH. WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT.

Hmm.. I started on Dr. Bihari's advice at 4.5mg.. I do have some very

vivid dreams at times, but not so many, as you seem to indicate.. and

really, that's not so out of the ordinary for me..

Dreams are good. Means you are getting REM sleep. You need both

this and deep sleep. See Scientific American.
