I have had PPMS for a long time and I have been taking LDN for about a

year. It has not stopped progression. My walking improved when I first

started LDN but it became less effective after a few weeks. This short

term boost can be repeated by taking a two day break.

Hi Steve, thanks for the advice on 2 day break. Can I ask you where you get your LDN from and why didn't you start on 4.5? Do you think the larger dose may stop progression? You say you progressed in the last 11 weeks, was you progressing that quickly without LDN ?

Hope the 4.5 works better for you! Thanks for the info Kiki

a) can the results stand up if they measured the endorphin at

different times of day?

B) interferon sems to increase endorphin.

c) if they are correct, LDN may be less effective in SPMS and PPMS.

My LDN comes from Bob Lawrence and I did start on 4.5 but dropped to 3

later. I did not notice any difference other than the abdominal cramps

were more common on the higher dose. I have had PPMS for at least 20

years but it did not progress much until 3 years ago. I started LDN

about a year ago. My MS has been going down in steps for a few months.

I'm still stumbling about the house leaning on walls and furniture but

I can't walk far without something to prop me up. I don't think LDN

has slowed the progress but it always improves my steps after the two

day break.
