Guest guest
Naloxone and naltrexone act by stopping endorphin receptors from getting any endorphin (referred to as a 'blockade'. Since it is a short time that this low dose is effective, the endorphin production system responds with an immediate and also temporary increase in release of endorphin. When the blockade ends, at 2-4am, the receptors get a sudden pulse of endorphin which is greater than what was being produced before. You wake up. If you have been having REM sleep you may interrupt a dream. If you do, you may remember it. If annoyed, try to go back to sleep. Be happy you have REM sleep. I have apnia instead. I have a diagram on spotlight_ldn group, showing the timings. -Sullivan
