Hi ,

I was wondering if you have ever heard of BodyTalkSystems? I had

just started NAET with my son and stumbled upon BodyTalk. It just

kinda made sense to me when it was explained. It is also energy

work as NAET is, but deals with getting the systems of the body

working properly so that allergy issues are resolved. I am really

new at seeing a practioner, but have seen results. Just thought I

would share this for those of you who are intrested in energy work.

I really like twinlabs " Allergy C " . It's a buffered vit c that has magnesium.

Vit C is a good anti histamine and I take as much as 3000mg/day. Everyone's

different so it might take more or less.

Olive leaf extract has eliminated my environmental allergies. I also

take a few other supplements, but the OLE was the primary one for this

issue.

Not familiar with it. There are several different modalities out there that are

similar to or seem to have spun off from NAET.

We have used stinging nettles for respiratory allergies, too, with good
