Guest guest
Hi , I was wondering if you have ever heard of BodyTalkSystems? I had just started NAET with my son and stumbled upon BodyTalk. It just kinda made sense to me when it was explained. It is also energy work as NAET is, but deals with getting the systems of the body working properly so that allergy issues are resolved. I am really new at seeing a practioner, but have seen results. Just thought I would share this for those of you who are intrested in energy work. Darci > Does anyone know what is a good supplement for allergies, I am trying to
> avoid any more drugs. Guest guest
I really like twinlabs " Allergy C " . It's a buffered vit c that has magnesium. Vit C is a good anti histamine and I take as much as 3000mg/day. Everyone's different so it might take more or less. Olive leaf extract has eliminated my environmental allergies. I also take a few other supplements, but the OLE was the primary one for this issue. Guest guest
Not familiar with it. There are several different modalities out there that are similar to or seem to have spun off from NAET. S S
Hi ,

I was wondering if you have ever heard of BodyTalkSystems? Guest guest
We have used stinging nettles for respiratory allergies, too, with good results. Also bee pollen, honey comb, and buckwheat honey are great for respiratory allergies. Allergies are a symptom of an overwhelmed immune system, so the best thing is to nourish, support, and build up the immune system with nutrition, and herbal / homeopathics that nourish the liver. You can get some good info from _www.herbalhealer.com_ (http://www.herbalhealer.com) . Get their free catalog, which is packed with info. Another issue is yeast (candida) and parasites. They destroy the immune system and the whole body. There is info at the above web site about that, and also in " The Cure For All Diseases " by Hulda . In a message dated 11/17/2006 11:44:51 P.M. Our son has " allergies " and we were doing zyrtec among other things. We now use Stinging Nettle ! It is amazing, even our son says it is better than the prescription stuff. While most prescriptions are histamine blockers (they block the body absorbing the histamine it produces), Stinging Nettle blocks the production of histamine which means that the body doesn't have all that histamine floating around causing problems. Give it a try, it worked wonders for us. Good luck !
