Guest guest
Irmat uses lactose filler unless told otherwise. I take acidopholous and olive leaf extract and eat more salads. This seems to be working.. I also switched to Calcium Carbonate filler too, but this neither helped or harmed the situation.
Guest guest
Apples are good for you but I believe they are binding. I remember the pediatrician telling me to use the BRAT diet when my kids had diarhea. Bananas Rice Apples and Tea.So you better add some spinach and zuchini.(lolo) Kiki
Guest guest
Hi Kiki, I started out on cornstarch filler, switched to calcium carb. and then talked to a patient of dr Bahari, who has had great results on LDN. She suggested that I try the original lactose filler, which is what she uses and what Dr Bahari himself uses. Well, I did just that, and for the last 2 months, have been on the lactose filler. I am doing very well on my LDN now. I realize that some people are lactose intolerant, and can't use it.....but for those who are not, I recommend it highly. Cheers, Sally > Irmat uses lactose filler unless told otherwise. I take acidopholous and > olive leaf extract and eat more salads. This seems to be working..
