I have been going over Andy's supplement recommendations and beginning

to implement the protocol. I did have a question though. I think I

have got the B vitamins covered in appropriate amounts; however, I am

still coming up remarkably shy of 25 mg 4 x day for biotin. Is this B

vitamin one that Andy thinks should be at 25 mg 4 x day? Or since it

is not a primary B vitamin, the dosage does not need to be as high as

the others?

Biotin does not need to be this high.

5-10 mg 3-4 times a day for people with elevated pyruvate (on

conventionally normed lab tests, not " out of reference range " in the

yellow on alternative lab tests, otherwise a few hundred mcg is more

than enough, split up during the day.

My son needed that high dose, but I don't think most kids do. Try

giving 5mg 4x per day, see if that works.
