Hi Everyone:

I started 3.5mg LDN 4 days ago and was surprised to notice such an

instant improvement with my ms symptoms (less tingling,

improved bladder function) At the same time each night my dreams are

becoming more and more vivid (I have always had good dream-recall)

but this is crazy.

Each night they are increasing in intensity with violence and

this morning I woke up shaking and crying. Has anyone else had such

bizarre dreams? Should the dose be lowered or should I wait a week or

so and see if they subside?

Thanks

Dianna N

I have never been able to remember dreams for more than a few seconds

unless they were very disturbing ones. When I started LDN about a year

ago my dream memory got a little better but now it has faded again. I

don't think my dreams became more disturbing but, as I can no longer

remember them, I can't be sure.

Sometimes it would be nice to remember dreams because I know have had

goods ones occasionally but I can't remember what they were about. As

the seconds go by from sleep to wake my dreams get less detailed and

they have gone completely by the time I am awake. It's funny that I

can remember not being able to remember dreams!

Somebody should study REM changes in people with MS.

Steve

Hi Dianna,

My father started 4.5mg of LDN about 5 months ago.(he is in remission from

kidney cancer)

He also experienced bizarre, violent dreams. I think it only lasted 1 or 2

weeks.

I hope this helps!

Hi Everyone:

Thanks to all of you who have responded to me either through the group or privately. I ended up taking 1/2 the LDN capsule the next evening, (no dreams but it did nothing for me - no energy - ms symptoms returned), then since then 2/3 of the capsule (energy levels and dreams returned however not so bizarre, but no help with other symptoms). Tonight I am going to try to go back to the full 3.5mg dose. I agree that I probably have anger issues, hell I was only diagnosed with ms late 2.5 months ago, plus I have had some rough times during my life - but who hasn't.

Take care

Dianna

So all the more reason to enjoy those dreams, eh?

[low dose naltrexone] LDN and Dreams

Hi All - After all these months of reading almost all of the posts here I think I'm seeing a relationship between those of us who report vivid dreams

==========

I've been on LDN 1 year and 6 months and have vivid dreams on occasion. My most

recent, my best friend and I were mad scientists.
