Guest guest
Hi; For those who skip dosages each week or month, do you notice feeling worse during the time that you do not take LDN? If so, when does it begin, and how long to go away, etc? thank you Best, lea
Guest guest
I have tried it 3 times - twice for just 2 days. On those 2 days I felt no different but once I resumed taking it I felt brilliant for a few days until things settled back to normal. I leave a month inbetween missing doses. I have SPMS so I am not expecting to see a great deal of relief from symptoms on a day to day basis although there is a slight improvement in my balance on some days - I am more interested in stopping the progression which it certainly seems to be doing. I made the mistake of missing a day at a time when I was feeling pretty low following some exhausting gardening and excessive walking - I felt worse than I have for a long time so I resumed the LDN after only one day. Next time I try the intermittent therapy I shall make sure that I am feeling good so that I reap the benefit.
