I believe it will send you a Confirmation Email and if you don't also Reply to that one, you won't be unsubscribed. That's to stop people from spoofing.

Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Unsubcribe

Tore,What happened when you sent an email to low dose naltrexone-unsubscribe as it states at the bottom of each email sent out to the low dose naltrexone group? I haven't tried it myself as I don't want to unsubscribe but my guess would be that the email doesn't need to say anything, although if you wanted to play safe put the subject as unsubscribe (make sure not to mis-spell it this time). What will happen is that 's system will just search for the sender's email address in its list of subscribers to the group and when it finds the match it will just cross it off the list (ie. unsubscribe you). It SHOULD be as simple as that...............Tore Hoel wrote:

Hello folks.... I've tried to unsubscribe to this grouup, but nobody listens.... My mailbox is getting overcrowded, and I do not have sufficient time to read it all. The group is easy to enter, but impossible to get out of. I've tried to use the unsubscribe-link several times, with no success.... HELP! Do I have to change my mail-address?

Best regards Tore Hoel
