Guest guest
Question - is there any reason why I should not dump the capsules into a mix like this??? He had much less problem drinking his shake then taking the capsules. thanks guys, Jan -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's a great idea Jan..and I'm sure your hubby will thank you for it..You could try tasting the concoction yourself and see if it's pleasant to the taste (and aftertaste)..I hate and have trouble swallowing those capsules myself and will quite often break them open; mix in some water and just drink it down quickly before I get a taste..Hahahaa ;-) Yuck!!!! ;-( Godbless you and your husband Jan..What a great report.. melville ;-).. [ ] Me again... Thanks so much for all your helpful and encouraging replies to my earlier post today! Sooooo I thought why not do the same with husband??? Except I give him a high protein shake everyday (vitamin shoppe enhanced whey with full chain amino acids) - I use some frozen strawberries, and one scoop of the whey protein - today I opened two 1000 mg buffered C's & two NAC's- 600mg ( I actually tasted the contents of each to see how nasty they might be - tolerable I thought mixed with the shake. Gave him vit E w/selinium, and IP 6, on the side.
Guest guest
Could I need a different dose, or is this okay? The first night I took LDN (4.5-mg), I had a great improvement, but the next morning, I was more numb than before beginning it. Each day since then, I have had more difficulty walking than ever before with my MS. It is frightening. I think I want to just ride this out, but then I wondered...should I lower the dose? I will sure be glad when this levels out so I can quit whining to all of you! Thanks for listening! \o/ Showered by His amazing Grace, Sally Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Guest guest
Hi Sally I personally think that you should dump just a little from the capsule. Just until your body gets use to LDN. then later on go back to the higher dose. Guest guest
> Hi Everyone! > tomorrow is my last day for physical therapy - the 2nd time around. > Remember my cervical surgery was in Dec. worked for 6 to 8 weeks > then started hurting again so doc said more therapy which i have > done and it's hurting worse!!! i have a plate from c5 to c7. > i go see doc next tuesday to see what he thinks now. maybe another > disc went out? who knows! the c-scan a month ago said it was fine > but i am having more pain now than before surgery! any advice???? > Pamela Sue Pamela sue: I had neck surgery 24 years ago. Did not have the plate but I still had the pain. I had pain for about a year or to I also thought that it came back but little by little it did get better. Now I wish my lower back was as in good a shape as my neck I had to have 3 operations on my lower back and the leg pain is some times unbareable and hard to walk. So for some reason the neck got realy good except for when aurthur (ites) :-) comes for a visit. But the neck does take a long time to heal. I hope my little explination helps or at least gives you a little smile to make you feel better. Tony
