Guest guest
Check out the below links. The first two are by Dr. Bob Lawrence or on his site. He is very knowledgeable about how people with MS respond to LDN. http://www.msrc.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=show & pageid=627 & CFID=1404825 & CFTOKEN=89119321 http://www.msrc.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=show & pageid=628 & CFID=1404825 & CFTOKEN=89119321 http://www.mwt.net/~drbrewer/lownaltrex.htm http://pub218.ezboard.com/bldnlow dose naltrexone PS. I have been on LDN for MS for over six months with good results. If you go to the Group for this news group you can gain much information reading the archives. To answer your question, yes. But things do improve in time. The most important factor is that it stops the progression! I asked on another site and received only one response. It was very interesting, but I thought I would try again here to get a few more thoughts. I am excited about the possibilities, but was sad when I had even a bit more numbness in my feet today than when I took the first pill last evening. I am trying to be patient, and I know, if anything teaches the need to be patient, this disease does!Any advice is appreciated.Sally

See the red " average " line. The initial increase up to day 134 was due to lots of practice taking steps. Then my steps started to decline and things just got worse up to day 230 when I started the LDN. From that point my steps improved up to about day 340 when my steps started to get worse again. Around about day 470 I began to take LDN with occasional two day breaks. The progression slowed down but has never levelled off or reversed again. I have absolute confidence in Dr Lawrence, my supplier. I'm not confused about relapses because I have progressive MS and so have never had a relapse. Progressive MS is much simpler to understand. I didn't send it at all, it's a web page. The graph is the number of steps I can do before have to grad hold of something for support. I take a count every night. It varies from 5 to 180 so the average shows any trend. Steve
