Guest guest
Since we're on AFP, even if I'm not giving a gluten or caseine snack, I go ahead and give the AFP from the standpoint of gut healing. But, since the only food my son eats that is GFCF is banana, he needs the AFP anyway. For snacks, he might have two yo-baby yogurts, or two bananas, or several little bowls of " goldfish " (an organic rip-off) or " pretzels, " something like that. He's a really big eater. > >We started with a half cap at every meal and snack and >just now are at a full cap for meals and still a half cap for >snacks, > > Just wondering if the 'snack' contains casein/gluten? I have heard a lot of people say they give 1/2 cap for snacks and am wondering if it is like, a sandwich? > TIA > Prue > AUS > >
