Calcium could make sense here since he eats much less dairy than he

used to eat. I'll get back to calcium supplements and see what

happens.

Question: Are those calcium chews any good? Candy, really.

Some Googled sites just say vertical ridges are normal; no big

deal. I actually have them, too, but you have to tilt my nails in

the light to see them. My son's are very noticeable.
