I have a bunch of questions and a lot of gratitude, so if you all

can help, I would appreciate it. I had my repeat MRI last

Wednesday after my 1st six months ago that revealed a plaque

getween C4 and C5. I only had one, but it was in a bad area and

I was having constant progression. At one point during the

summer I thought I was going to need a cane. Actually I did, I

just chose to fall a lot. Three months ago I started on LDN and

saw an immediate change in energy. That was the day that the

unbearable heat her ein the deep South let up, so I was unsure

which helped. Then I realized the progression was not

continuing. I reluctantly returned to my Who's Who among

neurologists (I had refused Avonex at the last possible minute),

had the MRI and he said the MRI was totally normal! He asked

me what I was doing and sounded interested in the LDN. He

strongly encouraged Coenzyme Q-10 as the best

antioxydant--cheap ar Sam's Club--150 mg-100count for $32 by

the way. My questions are: I know this has happened to many

others, so please tell me about it and my leg weakness is very

pronounced. Can it reverse? Some things very very slowly are

reversing, but my right ankle is very weak. What can I do? I ride

horses, but I really only can walk because it feels like I am riding

without stirrups. Is this damage permanent ? I like to think not,

but I don't know. Thank everybody for this wonderful site and all

the messages I could read to get my courage up. Ilene
