Guest guest
Hello everyone , Just came back from a followup with Dr. Bihari. He said the Circadian Clock had nothing to do with LDN, but rather the earths revolving magnetic field does. That is why LDN should be taken at night even if you work in the day. Circadian rhythem is not a factor. Showed Dr. B the graph sent of 24hr. beta endorphin release. He said the graph was from his research paper but the wording was not his, and was incorrect! ***Also- Dr. B suggested taking LD-Phnylaline 500mgs in the morning. May help endorphin level last longer during day. Please everyone, do not write posts that are assumptions or opinions, and post them as facts. This can be very dangerous to all of us. ***I also asked about how often I should have my liver tested. He said once a year, when I get my physical, which is normal for most everyone. He also changed my dose to a surprising higher amount. I am to test for a few days and will report back to all on results. Kiki
