Yes, die-off symptoms of candida yeast can be very harsh if die off

happens quickly.

I am currently doing a candida yeast killing protocol and it is

kicking my butt(extreme fatigue/sore muscles), I may need to reduce my

protocol amount. I have to clean up what bad foods I ate over the

holidays, from Thanksgiving in November through Christmas to New

Year's Day.
