Oh boy Graham,

I wish you could see this tear stained face right now....ok..ok...at my age

this is partly hormonal...lol. I really am happy to hear this news. When I

first started with this LDN therapy, of course it was a leap of faith but

one that I was so so glad that I took. It just really warms my heart that

you finally decided to take that leap as well. Of course it still hurts my

heart that not all of my JJ friends have taken it to heart. Have you spoken

to them recently about this? Ash...Raven...Maxie.? I think this information

would have much more credence coming from you. You might wanna mention it. I

love that Gaz is convinced. I'll have to give him a shout out. Oh and

perhaps Susie Sedlock would be interested in including your story in her

book as well. Well Graham...I'm assuming that you will have one of the

G'day Joyce and everyone.

I started LDN 4 1/2 months ago on Joyces recommendation. I have

known her for about 6 years now. In the last 4 months I have

improved to having the best stamina I have had in about 10 years. I

am not up to marathon level just yet, but I can do alot more before I

get tired than six months ago. It is starting summer over here in

Australia which is really testing out the LDN and my body as I am

always the worst in the heat (100F+ out here where I am)and so far I

am coping very well. Mentally I do not feel like a worthless useless

fool to society every second day. The depression is gone. My kids

have even asked if I have changed medication as they have noticed the

change in me.

Wayne has now started LDN three weeks ago and in a chat earlier this

week stated " considerable improvemnet in mobilty " so is really happy

and Gaz has just received his script so should be starting in the

next week. VIVA LA Revolution !!!!
