Guest guest
Hi , I decided personally that I may never need to see a neuro again. Your question is a good one. What is the doctor there for you for anyway? He is there to provide you with the best care that he can and to prescribe drugs....initiate an MRI. My edocronologist says that he can do all of those things and totally agrees with me that neurologists are pretty overinflated. I love him...lol. I admit to a certain amount of brainwashing years ago...thinking that I had to go to a specialist or neuro for my MS. Now I am totally convinced that I do not need one. Not even sure that I need to have another MRI done again either. The last one was a total waste of money as far as I'm concerned, my deductable is $1000.00 uggghhhh..... The neuro does not even read them and my last one admitted that he doesn't even go by them but rather, follows the patients symptoms as a better barometer. Another nasty expensive habit that I was glad to give up...lol. Does that help you?
