Pure Magnesium Citrate Powder can be had at iherb for $6.14 for 8 oz. That makes a lot of mom when one puts a bit in a little water.

For those making LDN, and can get a prescription, Costco sells the generic at 30 for $45.90. That sounds like it would cost $1.53 for a tablet.....

Of course anyone getting the LDN compounded at 4.5 or another dosage, the pharmacist must be paid for the compounding. It is is much more convenient to deal with at the right dose. One doesn't need to take a mixed batch on trips, worry about refrigeration or for some reason stuck somewhere when they should be taking their dose....etc....
