Another thing you need to look at if you are in a relapse is your

diet, do you have candida yeast, do you eat sugar, dairy, gluten,

yeasty foods? If you do, clean your diet up. If you smoke, quit. If

you drink alcohol and you have candida yeast you are fueling the yeast

with alcohol consumption. LDN performs best in a body that's being

well maintained nutritionally.
