Guest guest
Cayenne pepper works well for me as the most effective herb I have tried. Every morning I mix a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper in warm water and drink it down. Not that hot. Burns a little at first but before it gets very bad the Cayenne pepper takes away feelings of discomfort. It raises endorphin levels, has some pain killing properties, good for the hart and circulation systems and a lot of other stuff too. Seems to go well with my LDN. It helps reduce my MS symptoms. Reduces fatigue and makes feel a little stronger.
