Hi Emiliano,

I am assuming your friend has MS and that the medication you are referring to is

amantadine, the drug currently of choice in treating MS-related fatigue.

The study summarized here

http://tinyurl.com/38v92o

showed that ALCAR, a nutritional supplement, outperformed amantadine in treating

fatigue.

ALCAR is available from Amazon.com through this link:

Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, however, I think one's

wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that

includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise,

detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low

Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found

very helpful.

All the best,
