along with the LDN was not for depression, BUT to keep endorphins up

during the daytime hours, do not use just the L or D form to keep

endorphins up, you need the combination DL-Phenylalanine 500mg taken

in mid-morning, around 10:30am and afternoon around 4:30pm.

People with high blood pressure, PKU and other medical conditions that

are listed in DLPA's cautionary warnings SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS

SUPPLEMENT.

DL-Phenylalanine is also known as DLPA.
