Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 along with the LDN was not for depression, BUT to keep endorphins up during the daytime hours, do not use just the L or D form to keep endorphins up, you need the combination DL-Phenylalanine 500mg taken in mid-morning, around 10:30am and afternoon around 4:30pm. People with high blood pressure, PKU and other medical conditions that are listed in DLPA's cautionary warnings SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT. DL-Phenylalanine is also known as DLPA.
