Guest guest
Both and Aletha are aware of, and have benefitted from, Dr Bihari's work over many years. One thing's for sure, we can all be reasonably certain Dr Bihari experimented with Naltrexone doses (successfully and unsuccessfully) before determining an optimum dosage that worked, and continues to work. Since then we've noted a few anecdotal accounts of successfully overcoming exacerbations using higher doses of LDN for very short periods of time, however; in those instances it was a case of personal experimentation over a period of days - certainly not weeks. If there's a variation to that theme, then I have no knowledge of it at this time.
